As part of LGBT+ History Month the Secretary of State for Scotland hosted an LGBT+ reception to celebrate leaders in the LGBT+ community, celebrate diversity and tackle prejudice. Edinburgh Gay Men's Chorus were proud to sing at the event to celebrate the work that has been done by LGBT+ organisations.
The event too place the day before ‘Purple Friday’, a day for people across Scotland to show their support for the LGBT community and stand together for equality.
The event was filled with representatives from the TIE Campaign, LGBT Youth Scotland, Stonewall Scotland, MSPs and other organisations.
